These terms explain how lesson booking, payment, and cancellations work for Ed’s English. By booking a lesson, you agree to the points below.

Booking and payment: Trial lessons are arranged through the booking link. Regular lesson fees are confirmed before ongoing lessons begin, and payment is due as agreed before or on the day of the lesson.

Cancellations and rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change a lesson. Late cancellations or missed lessons may be charged in full.

Online lessons: Lessons take place online. Please join from a quiet place with a reliable internet connection where possible.

Your learning: Lessons are tailored to your goals, but progress depends on attendance, participation, and practice between sessions.
